Title: Journey to Italy 2026: The Art of Inner Harmony 

Dates: May 6–15, 2026 

Theme: A unique, guided journey that unites wellness, art, and spirituality, centered on Italy’s healing waters and meaningful cultural sites. 

Highlights:

• Saturnia (Tuscany): sulfur-rich thermal waters and the iconic Cascate del Mulino natural waterfalls 
• Montecatini Terme: the famous “drinking cure” waters and spa time, plus Montecatini Alto 
• Grotta Giusti (Monsummano Terme): Europe’s largest natural thermal cave with steam baths (“Paradise, Purgatory, Hell”) 
• Liguria / Gulf of Poets: stay in a monastery setting and visit Lerici and Villa Rezzola 
• A full-day boat excursion to Cinque Terre 
• Dr. Barbara Salani’s short evening presentations connecting the itinerary to inner harmony, landscape, music, and spirituality 

Cost and deadlines

• $4,500 per person (double occupancy) / $5,500 per person (single occupancy) 
• 50% deposit due by January 20; final payment due by March 30
